His credentials as a subject matter expert have been accepted in both state and federal legal jurisdictions, and he has served as a hearing officer with the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission. His accomplishments span claims handling, management, staff training, regulatory compliance, expert report drafting, and testimony.

Licensed in Ohio since 2013, Jin serves full-time as a General Schedule attorney advisor to the federal government while maintaining a private legal practice. His focus areas include international business planning, emerging markets, data privacy and security, equity-based investments, non-profits, and globalization. He possesses an extensive medical background and operational experience with due diligence, investigative reporting, and claims analysis.

Kathryn conducts investigations producing comprehensive reports, extracts financial data from Loss Run Reports, and builds informational packages through extensive research using LexisNexis. Her claims examination experience covers professional liability, nursing homes, environmental, and homeowner lines, and she also manages the team's IT operations. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati's College of Applied Science with a 4.9 GPA, earning Magna Cum Laude honors.
