Rick Bingham founded Glynloen Insurance Consulting in 2008 for the sole purpose of sharing his experience to help clients achieve success. His career spans claims handling and management, underwriting, reinsurance, regulatory compliance, run-off practice, staff training, expert-report drafting, and testimony.
His regulatory work draws on roughly 35 years working for and on behalf of Departments of Insurance. He has been engaged by attorneys representing policyholders and insurers, and by carriers and regulators directly. That vantage of receivers, regulators, and carriers has let him examine the inner workings of more than 100 different insurance carriers, along with a number of third-party claims administrators.
