Engage GIC

Check availability and conflicts.

The first step in any engagement: confirm that GIC is free of conflicts and available for your timeline. Call Rick Bingham directly or send the matter basics below and we will run the check.

What we check

Four facts start every engagement.

A conflict and availability check needs only 1) the matter name, 2) the jurisdiction, 3) the parties on all sides, and 4) any hearing or trial date already set. Nothing you send for a conflict check is treated as an engagement, and we tell you promptly if we cannot act.

The four facts of a new matter, the matter name, jurisdiction, parties, and hearing date, run into a conflict check; one line continues to a clear result: no conflict, available

For an identified assignment, you can also request samples of Mr. Bingham’s work product, including deposition & trial transcripts, state & federal court reports, and expert disclosures, along with your conflict check.
