Glynloen Insurance Consulting has been engaged by a property and casualty carrier to consult on the review of multiple facets of a book of environmental claims.
Under the leadership of Glynloen’s principal, Rick Bingham, the team at GIC will be conducting a review of environmental claims to determine the adequacy of reserves, coverage triggers and allocation, propriety of investigation and file documentation, and the apportionment of defense and remediation costs. A final report will include Mr. Bingham’s expert opinion on subject matters including claims handling and file documentation.
